NO CANCELLATION/REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE SIZE, except for:

Defective Items that is reported within 5 working days upon receive the package:
Item torn
Item big stained

All reasons listed below are NOT considered defects:
1.colour variation from product photos, e.g. fuchsia vs red.
2.slight design variation from product photos, e.g.print patterns and arrangements, lace arrangements, etc.
3. slight size variation of within ±3inches on measurements
4 minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks and etc.

Proof of defect must be verified by ZAYWARSAEED Return to be eligible

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA) / 5 WORKING DAYS (OUTSIDE MALAYSIA)
